Yes! Once you return the dress in its original condition, you’ll receive a refund of 65% of the displayed price, which serves as your deposit.

No! Our business works on a first come, first serve basis and unless you pay for the rental in full, the item is still available to be rented out by another rotator. the only way to secure an item is to pay the full rental fee.

We are unable to offer a cash or credit refund for shipped items or items cancelled 48 after ordering.

Please note that refunds processed through our payment partners may take up to 10 working days to reflect n you respective account.

Once the item has been collected or shipped and your event is cancelled or you change your mind, we unfortunately cannot offer you with a credit or refund.
