How much is it to rent an outfit?The rental fee is 35% of the displayed price, which covers the cost of renting the outfit. The displayed price on the website represents the full purchase price, with 65% of it paid upfront as a refundable deposit.

Do I get my deposit back after returning the dress?Yes! Once you return the dress in its original condition, you’ll receive a refund of 65% of the displayed price, which serves as your deposit.

Can I reserve an item without paying?No! Our business works on a first come, first serve basis and unless you pay for the rental in full, the item is still available to be rented out by another rotator. the only way to secure an item is to pay the full rental fee.

What is your return or cancellation policy?We are unable to offer a cash or credit refund for shipped items or items cancelled 48 after ordering. Please note that refunds processed through our payment partners may take up to 10 working days to reflect n you respective account.

What if I don't end up wearing the dress?Once the item has been collected or shipped and your event is cancelled or you change your mind, we unfortunately cannot offer you with a credit or refund. Once an item is paid for in full, it is reserved for you for those dates and a last minute cancellation means Pex misses out on business as we also audit and clean every item when it comes back to the store regardless of whether it's worn or not.
